At Breathe It In Salt Rooms, we strive to provide every guest with exceptional service and a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be transparent about our refund and cancellation procedures.
Service Refunds
All services (including salt therapy sessions, massage appointments, oxygen bar, and healing lounge access) are non-refundable once rendered. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please refer to our cancellation policy below to avoid charges.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule an appointment:

You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance through your online account or by contacting us directly.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be subject to a 100% service charge.

Pre-paid sessions may be forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed.
Membership Plans
All membership payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your plan at any time via your user account before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or sessions within the billing period.

If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to work with you.
Gift Cards and Packages
All gift cards, packages, and pre-paid services are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Product Refunds
Unopened wellness or retail products may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.
